INDIAN NAAN BREAD (NO-YEAST)

Zutaten

  • 130 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g soy yoghurt
  • 50 ml water, warm

Anleitungen

  • Put the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl and mix until everything is combined.
  • Add soy yoghurt and water and knead the dough until smooth.
  • Divide into three equal balls and roll out quite thinly to a teardrop shape (using a rolling pin).
  • Lay it on a hot griddle and cook it over a medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on both sides.
