HEALTHY BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES

Zutaten

  • For the cookies:

  • 3 ripe bananas, ~ 300 g
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 80 g quick cooking oats
  • 50 g almonds, ground
  • 40 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, or other nuts
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • Additionally:
  • 1 banana, cut in slices
  • bourbon vanilla sugar
  • cinnamon

Anleitungen

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until no longer lumpy.
  • Add oats and all other ingredients and stir until everything is nicely mixed.
  • Put baking paper on the tray so the cookies don’t stick.
  • For each cookie grab a spoon and scoop a decent amount from the mixture onto the baking tray. Put a banana slice on each cookie, press down a little bit and sprinkle with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
